Refund Policy

1. If cancelled in writing to [email protected] up to 14 days prior to first class/workshop/online – Full Refund
2. If cancelled in writing to [email protected] up to 7 days prior to first class/workshop/online – 25% Refund
3. If cancelled in writing to [email protected] up less than 48 hours prior to first class/workshop/online – No Refund

In the case of you requiring a refund, please provide proof of your bank details, showing your name and the account number.  It is Usign’s policy not to refund to credit cards.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of approval of a refund and will appear in your bank account shortly thereafter.
